NC99.COM will provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
Description of Service
NC99.COM currently provides users with access to a rich collection of
web conferencing resources, including various communications tools.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve
third party fees (such as Internet service provider).
You are responsible for those fees. In addition, you must provide and are responsible
for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
NC99.COM does not guarantee the ability of our customers to connect to
their customers or guest at any time or their ability to connect to you.
NC99.COM provides an Internet conferencing service and only guarantees to provide access
to NC99.COM services and will not be held responsible for blackouts, in climate weather, etc.
The speed of our service is subject to many factors including but not limited to
your internet service provider, geographic location,
number of router hops to your location, etc. hence, NC99.COM does not guarantee speed.
NC99.COM is not responsible for the actions of its customers, for their behavior
or inability to perform their services or collection of fees to participate in
their conferences.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access our services.
Privacy Policy
Registration Data and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Account, Password and Security
You will have a password and an account after registration. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible
for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately
notify NC99.COM of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other
breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of
each session. NC99.COM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from your failure to comply with this.
International Usage
Internet is of global nature, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online
conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable
laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or
the country in which you reside.
No resale of the Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial
purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service
unless you have been fully authorized by a senior executive of NC99.COM in writing.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
NC99.COM reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue,
temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
You agree that NC99.COM shall not be liable to you or to any third party for
any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Termination
You agree that NC99.COM in its sole discretion,
may terminate your password, account or use of the Service,
and remove and discard any content within the Service,
for any reason, including, but without limitation, if NC99.COM
believes that you have violated the TOS.
NC99.COM may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service,
or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access
to the Service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice,
and acknowledge that NC99.COM may immediately deactivate or delete your account.
Further, you agree that NC99.COM shall not be liable
to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Links
The service may provide, or third parties may provide links to other
web sites or resources. Because NC99.COM
has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that NC99.COM
is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources,
and is not responsible for any content,
advertising, products, or other materials from such sites or resources.
You further acknowledge and agree that NC99.COM shall not be responsible,
directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused
by use of any such content, goods or services available on such site or resource.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NC99.COM and its subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from
any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party
due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available
through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service,
your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
Disclaimer of warranty of software
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the NC99.COM
Software is at your sole risk. The NC99.COM Software is provided "AS IS" and without
warranty of any kind (NC99.COM and NC99.COM's licensor(s) shall be
collectively referred to as "NC99.COM")
Expressly disclaim all warranties and/or conditions, express of implied, including,
but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability or
satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
And noninfringement of third party rights. NC99.COM
Does not warrant that the functions contained in the NC99.COM
software will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the NC99.COM
software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the NC99.COM
software will be corrected. Furthermore, NC99.COM
Does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results
of the use of the NC99.COM software or related documentation in terms of their
correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. No oral or written information
or advice given by NC99.COM or a NC99.COM authorized representative shall create
a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Should the NC99.COM
Software prove defective, you (and not NC99.COM or a NC99.COM
Authorized representative) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing,
repair or correction.
Limitation of liability
Developer is not be responsible for, and should not pay, any amount of incidental,
consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise,
regardless of whether Developer was advised of the possibility of such losses in advance.
In no event shall Developer's liability hereunder exceed the amount of license
fees paid by Licensee, regardless of whether Licensee's claim is based on contract or otherwise.
